Zach says, “ Medium sized beads, light yellow. Overripe apple, white flower. Very acidic. Tart. Not a lot of nuance. Enjoying it less and less. Funk. 5/10.”

Lauren says, “Medium yellow. Aroma of wet grass and bananas/plantains. High acidity. Mild bubbles. Flavor is quite sharp, lots of mineral and funk- think herby kombucha. It’s ok but too much like drinking a kombucha and not a wine. 6/10.”
