Zach says, “ Light gold. Nose is green (lime zest, fresh mint), matchstick, subtle sulfurous notes that are oddly pleasant and sweet ?  There is this really beautiful textural, smoky elements that remind of me of mezcal.  Medium bodied. Kinetic like Reisling. Long, lime-flint finish. 8.5/10 .”

Lauren says, “Straw yellow. Aroma of green beans, smoked mushroom broth, and ashy stone. High acidity. Flavor of granite, kiwi, and orange blossoms. Very unique. High minerality. Weirdly addicting, but not for novices. 8.5/10.”
