Zach says, “ Light gold in the glass. Smells like burnt rubber passionfruit, white flower, and lime zest. Light bodied. Medium acidity. Finish has a lot of plastic and lemon notes. This would be great with omekase, but I am pretty sure Alsatian Reisling is had challenging sipper. 7.5/10.”

Lauren say, “Aroma of petrol, peaches, and apricot. Medium acidity. Light body. Flavor of orange blossom and stone fruit. A nice classic Riesling. 7.5/10.”
